Carrot Puree

- 3 to 4 organic carrots
- water
- Peel and rough chop carrots. Boil water in medium pot and cook for 15-20 minutes until the carrots are very tender. Reserve liquid.
- Allow the carrots to cool, add just a teaspoon of the reserved liquid and purée using a hand blender.
- Store in BabyCubes. (BPA-free baby food storage containers.) Up to 3 days in the fridge. 3 months in the freezer.
