Boil water in a small pot, add sliced zucchini and cook for about 5 minutes until tender. If you prefer, try using a steam basket to steam these for about 5 - 7 minutes
Let the zucchini cool to room temperature. Then, using a hand blender, purée the zucchini to a smooth consistency. I didn't add any of the reserved liquid to purée this because the zucchini retains quite a bit of water.
Scoop 1 - 2 tablespoons into each BabyCube (BPA-free baby food storage containers). Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
