Carrot Puree

Appropriate for babies 6 months and older.
Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 organic carrots
  • water
Instructions
  1. Peel and rough chop carrots.  Boil water in medium pot and cook for 15-20 minutes until the carrots are very tender.    Reserve liquid.
  2. Allow the carrots to cool, add just a teaspoon of the reserved liquid and purée using a hand blender.
  3. Store in BabyCubes. (BPA-free baby food storage containers.) Up to 3 days in the fridge. 3 months in the freezer.
