Pour water into a medium pot and bring water to a boil.
Add fresh or frozen peas and boil for about 5 - 7 minutes until tender. Remove peas from pot and reserve cooking liquid. Let peas cool to room temperature.
Add peas and ½ tablespoon to 1 tablespoon of the reserved cooking liquid, depending on the consistency of food your baby prefers.
Scoop individual portions into Baby Cubes (BPA-free baby food storage containers). Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
