Caramel Apple Brickle

Recipe type: Dessert

Easy dessert that's a crowd pleaser amongst kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
  • 1 8-ounce container of whipped cream cheese (substitute marshmallow fluff for a super sweet dessert)
  • 1 18-ounce container of caramel apple dip
  • 3 Heath Bars, chopped into bite-sized pieces (or English toffee bits)
  • 3 to 4 apples, sliced
  • Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Spread the cream cheese or marshmallow fluff onto a plater.
  2. Next, spread a layer of the caramel apple dip.
  3. Sprinkle toffee bits over the caramel.
  4. Slice apples and toss in lemon juice to prevent oxidation (browning).
  5. Arrange apple slices around the platter and serve.
Notes
I recommend using tart green apples, such as Granny Smith apples, but by all means use the apple of your choice. Our favorite is organic Fujii apples. If you're short on time, consider purchasing pre-sliced organic apples sold at most supermarkets.
