Okinawa Dango

Ingredients
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Lightly whisk together milk and eggs. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
  2. Shape dough into small balls and deep fry.
  3. Dust with powdered sugar, optional.
