Okinawa Dango

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Lightly whisk together milk and eggs. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
- Shape dough into small balls and deep fry.
- Dust with powdered sugar, optional.
