Sweet Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 8-ounce package of low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 15-ounce can of organic pumpkin puree
  • 1½ to 2 cups confectioner's powdered sugar (to taste)
  • ½ to 1 tablespoon cinnamon (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (add more to taste)
  • One mini fresh pumpkin for presentation, optional
Instructions
  1. Combine softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and spices using a mixer. Blend until smooth and well-mixed.
  2. Serve chilled with apple slices or graham crackers.
  3. If serving in a mini pumpkin, slice top off, remove seeds and fibrous strings and place chilled pumpkin dip inside the fresh pumpkin.
